Moritz Woelk successfully passed his Preliminary Exam

Moritz passed his Ph.D. Preliminary Exam on 8/14/2024 (Wednesday). The title of his exam is "Data-Driven State-Space Methods for the Observation and Control of Nonlinear Processes". Prof. Peter Fedkiw, Prof. Phillip Westmoreland, Prof. Khai Tien Nguyen, and Prof. Wentao Tang were on his preliminary exam committee. Now he has successfully become a Ph.D. candidate.
